UAE PAYROLL EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY. Should have minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP S4 HCM and Payroll system. Mandatory experience in BIB and PTP integration configuration and support. Experience on writing PCR's in payroll schema and work with technical team on function specifications for any custom programs / function. Should have knowledge and experience on middle east payroll. Should have knowledge and experience with Success Factors Employee Central to support BIB and PTP integrations.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Lead and support SAP S / 4 HCM Payroll implementations and ongoing support activities.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience in UAE Payroll processing and configuration.
  • Configure and support BIB (Business Integration Builder) and PTP (Point-to-Point) integrations between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Write and enhance PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) in payroll schemas.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to define and review functional specifications for custom developments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in payroll processing, master data integration, and time evaluation.
  • Support deployment activities including testing, training, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Work closely with HR business stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Keep abreast of changes in Middle East payroll legislation and ensure SAP system compliance.
