About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process across various business verticals.
You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop strategic sourcing plans, and attract top talent through proactive and innovative recruitment strategies.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic role requiring strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Understand job requirements, define role criteria, and create engaging job descriptions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and refine job specifications.
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical or recurring roles.
- Engage passive candidates and convert them into active talent leads.
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to business leaders and hiring managers.
- Conduct intake meetings and provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.
- Ensure high levels of candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding efforts through social media, content collaboration, and participation in virtual / physical career events.
- Recommend and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and pipeline conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, and company values.
- Maintain recruitment data and documentation using ATS or recruitment Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably in a mid-to-large
organization or recruitment consultancy.
Proven experience hiring across multiple functions tech, non-tech, support, and leadership roles.Hands-on expertise in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, and ATS platforms.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, workforce planning, and market mapping.Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field(ref : iimjobs.com)
