Job descriptionHandle budgeting and forecasting for all entities, including preparing multi-year financial projections. Review project budgets submitted by NGOs, identify anomalies or incorrect expenses, and coordinate with relevant teams for necessary approvals. Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership using Power BI or similar reporting tools. Act as a liaison between the CSR team and the Statutory / Tax Controllers to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and Skills : Finance : Knowledge of financial due diligence, budgeting, and forecasting. Compliance : Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance in a financial context. Technical : Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI. Experience in a CSR or social work environment is a plus but not mandatory. No specific CSR project domain experience is required
Key Due Diligence :
- Conduct thorough financial due diligence for all onboarding NGOs, which includes a deep analysis of their financial statements and a review of their compliance history.
