Must Have&aposs

3 to 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, audits, or risk management
Familiarity with RBI, SEBI, or other financial compliance frameworks
Strong understanding of documentation, internal controls, and policy creation
Experience collaborating with legal, product, and engineering teams

Your Day

Define and maintain internal compliance policies and SOPs

Conduct internal audits and ensure readiness for external reviews

Identify, assess, and manage regulatory risks across functions

Work closely with product, legal, and tech to ensure compliance is embedded
