- Complete assigned tasks effectively, efficiently, and on time while delivering the highest level of customer excellence within agreed KPIs.
Your Responsibilities :
Keep track of daily activities and report status to the manager.Take timely and proactive measures to avoid potential escalations.Undertake transport planning of orders / shipments and forecasting.Contribute to improvement initiatives by sharing productivity or process improvement ideas.Record and manage deviations or escalations in daily processes.Ensure visibility of all types of shipments, update statuses, and follow up on missing information in the system.Collaborate with various stakeholders to obtain required shipment-related documents or details.Validate all shipping documents and maintain proper records.Your Skills and Experiences :
Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management from a recognized university.Approximately 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Collaborative mindset with a sense of urgency and proactive communication.Skills Required
