You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your operations expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence using a continuous improvement mindset.

How you create impact

You are responsible to drive process standardization, automation and improvement. The role specifically focuses on improvement of new and existing processes within the Logistics Control Centre (LCC)

• Develop and drive strategies to increase operational productivity, using advanced analytical tools for Root Cause Analysis and issue discovery
• Understand the current operational landscape within KN IL and utilize lessons-learned to continuously improve future customer implementations
• Provide LCC Operations related input to FPOs and GPOs to drive harmonization, automation and development of standard logistic processes
• Support the definition and implementation of processes for customers or services and participate in operational process design and continuous improvement projects for LCCs
• Create and oversee business cases for any changes requiring investment and drive the approval process with LCC Management
• Compliance with the relevant GDP / GxP requirements and guidelines, customer quality standards and all internal regulations
