Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate who will be managing day-to-day reverse logistics (C2B) operations for the specified region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Hub Management, Route planning, Last / First mile logistics and experience in handling large scale C2B operations.

Responsibilities

Maximum utilization of vehicles deployed for collection of products from consumers.
Oversee the return for products within TAT.
Process management : Identify the gaps in the process and ensure resolution.
Inventory Management : Monitor and manage returned inventory delivery at the Recycling plant.
Vendor Management : Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective handling of returned products , Bills Verification etc.
Preparing and presenting Daily, weekly and monthly reports for entire Reverse logistics (C2B) Operations.

Requirements : ( Knowledge / Education, Skills, Industry Preference, additional language required )

Comprehensive understanding of lastmile / firstmile logistics

Strong track record of Hub Management and Route planning at leading companies in online consumer business or E-commerce logistics.

Data Driven approach in resolving critical logistics challenges.

Excellent written and verbal communications.

Excellent knowledge of Excel / Power point.

Ability to work effectively in team and individually.

Adaptive and flexibility towards work.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
