Excel Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to join our Supply Chain Management team. The primary responsibility will be to manage and execute Material Management functions on SAP S / 4HANA , ensuring smooth procurement and inventory processes.

The role will also involve frequent use of Advanced Excel for reporting, analysis, and data management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and manage day-to-day activities on SAP S / 4HANA – MM Module.
• Create, modify, and monitor purchase orders, goods receipts, and material master data.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for procurement and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records in SAP.
• Prepare and analyse reports using Advanced Excel ( VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc. ).
• Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, and goods receipts.
• Support month-end and year-end inventory closing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and efficiency.
