You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to thedelivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.

How you create impact

You are responsible to head and manage LCC customer(s) operations whilst meeting customer's Key PerformanceIndicators (KPI) and productivity improvement

• To ensure the smooth implementation of new business and deliverable of KPI's for respective project in LCC
• To manage the existing business within the LCC in a controlled commercial and operational environment
• To strive to continually improve the operational performance of the LCC through productivity improvementboth to maximize gain share opportunities and to ensure customer excellence
• To work with the development and implementation teams to ensure that there is a structured plan for theintroduction of new business
• To work with the business manager and the new clients to ensure that everyone involved in the business isaware of their responsibilities
• To Demonstrate the capabilities of the LCC to both internal and external visitors
• To always uphold the concept of the LCC as a showcase for what we do within IL
