Business Development Manager - Aerospace & Defence Industry

Business Development Manager Management :

• Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major international clients.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of customer decision-making structures and facilitate the strengthening of relationships between internal leadership and customers.
• Prepare and execute a strategic beat plan with customers to foster deep customer intimacy.
• Manage the entire Request for Proposal (RFP) process from customers, ensuring full compliance with internal processes and timely submissions.
• Expand relationships with existing customers by proactively identifying their evolving requirements and continuously proposing tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Serve as the primary link of communication between customers and internal leadership and stakeholders, ensuring seamless information flow.
• Proactively resolve any issues or problems faced by customers and effectively manage complaints to maintain high levels of trust and satisfaction.
• Prepare regular, insightful reports on progress and forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders, utilizing key account metrics.
• Systematically track various inquiries from customers, actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Maintain a comprehensive repository of all Business Development-related data, including Purchase Orders (POs), Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), historical sales data, financial calculations, presentations, reports, and other relevant documentation.
