Project Manager - Real Estate Industry (Developer)

We are seeking a Project Manager - Real Estate Industry (Developer) to assist a senior project manager in the delivery of real estate projects. You will be responsible for interpreting drawings, preparing accurate material lists, and monitoring task-level schedules. This role requires a civil engineering degree or diploma, strong attention to detail, and a quality-oriented approach to both RCC and finishes.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Project Assistance : Assist the senior project engineer / project manager in the successful delivery of projects.
• Technical Interpretation : Thoroughly interpret drawings and specifications with a strong focus on detailing.
• Material Management : Prepare accurate quantities and material lists, and make timely material requisitions.
• Quality Assurance : Maintain a quality-oriented approach to both RCC and finishes.
• Scheduling : Prepare and monitor task-level schedules to ensure projects stay on track.
