We are seeking a proactive human resources professional to manage employee onboarding, payroll and benefits for our workforce.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage employee documentation and system setup.
- Coordinate payroll processing accurately and on time using HRIS platforms.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate records.
- Administer benefits programs and handle employee inquiries.
- Maintain data and generate management reports.
Qualifications & Skills :
3–5 years of experience in human resources operations.In-depth understanding of labor laws, payroll and benefits administration.Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP or Paycom.Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
