Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR professional with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a high-performing team, maintaining a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth execution of all HR processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various departments.

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.

Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and performance reports.

Oversee induction, training, and orientation programs for new hires.

Plan and execute employee engagement activities to strengthen workplace culture.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and payroll coordination.

Handle grievance management and support conflict resolution in a professional manner.

Prepare and maintain HR reports, databases, and documentation as required.

Support leadership in HR strategy, retention, and performance management initiatives.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in HR & recruitment functions.

Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools / software.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in IT or Digital Marketing recruitment.

Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools.

Understanding of modern HR trends and employee engagement techniques.
