We are seeking a highly skilled US Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and functional IT positions in the US.

The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience in US IT / Functional IT recruitment, with a strong track record of success in managing bulk hiring campaigns. You will also be proficient in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

• Manage bulk-hiring campaigns for US-based IT and functional IT positions.
• Sources candidates using job portals and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Develop and implement effective stakeholder management strategies.
• Create and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Design and execute reactive and proactive recruitment strategies.
• Maintain a quality over quantity approach to recruitment.
• Negotiate and sell job opportunities to top talent.
• Identify and leverage employee referrals and ATS systems.
