Human Resources Generalist - United States

Our organization seeks a seasoned Human Resources Generalist to oversee onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance for our US workforce. To excel in this role, you will need a strong knowledge of California labor laws as well as experience in benefits administration and HRIS systems such as ADP or Paycom.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective employee onboarding processes, ensuring seamless system setup
• Process payroll with precision using ADP or similar systems, maintaining accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Ensure ongoing compliance with California labor laws, managing HR records with utmost care
• Administer benefits programs, facilitate enrollment, and provide timely support to employees' queries
• Maintain and analyze HRIS data, generating reports to inform business decisions
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to resolve HR issues efficiently and effectively
