About the Role
This role involves overseeing all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and policy development, to support a culture of excellence, integrity, and growth.
The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, capable of managing day-to-day HR operations while helping shape long-term organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes aligned with organizational objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for staff, engineers, and site teams
- Drive performance management, goal setting, and annual appraisal cycles
- Maintain and update HR records, attendance, payroll inputs, and compliance with statutory regulations (EPF, ESIC, etc.)
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement and training initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and support resource planning
- Manage contractual and site staff coordination in line with labor laws and safety standards
- Support leadership in organizational development and succession planning
Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR management (preferably in manufacturing or infrastructure companies)Strong understanding of HR laws, statutory compliances, and modern HR practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsProficient in MS Office and HR software (Tally HR, Zoho People, or similar)
