Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international leads for product / service promotion
- Qualify prospects based on given criteria and schedule follow-up calls
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM
- Meet daily / weekly targets for lead generation and call volume
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve pitch and conversion
- Follow all quality guidelines and customer service standards
Required Skills
1-2 years of experience in international lead generation or outbound callingExcellent verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to handle objections and think on your feetComfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environmentBasic knowledge of CRM tools and MS OfficeMust have a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace (if WFH)Perks & Benefits
