Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide resolutions to customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Accurately document all interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Adhere to quality standards and meet performance metrics
Eligibility Criteria :
Graduate (any discipline).Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong customer service orientation, proactive problem-solving skills.Skills Required
