Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle international customer calls to provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer queries related to products / services offered by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-1 year of experience in an International BPO or call center environment.Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Willingness to learn new processes and adapt quickly.Benefit-
