Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Specialist, located in Pune. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, providing consulting services, delivering presale presentations, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the presales process. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, preparing tailored presentations, and working closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for understanding and assessing client requirements
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Consulting and Presales
• Ability to deliver high-quality presentations and product demonstrations
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience in the real estate or PropTech industry is a plus
