About the Role :

We are looking for presales specialists who can drive lead management, client qualification, and pipeline optimization.

This role requires precision in managing high-volume leads and ensuring smooth transition to the sales team for closure.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Qualify, nurture, and manage leads generated through digital and offline channels.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored real estate solutions.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits, consultations, and follow-ups for sales managers.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records with real-time updates and client histories.
  • Analyze presales funnel metrics and suggest improvements for lead-to-conversion ratios.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with client requirements.
  • Generate regular funnel reports and share insights with sales leadership.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in presales or inside sales (real estate preferred).
  • Excellent client-handling, communication, and engagement skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage large lead pipelines.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, automation platforms, and reporting dashboards
