Role Title : Business Systems Analyst ARA

Position Summary :

Marriott International is seeking a highly engaged and motivated Business Analyst to join a high-performing and fast-paced application development team. The candidate must have a proven record of working in a complex, matrixed, and fast-paced application development team, should be flexible and an engaging team player.

The Business Analyst supports the Hotel Operations Product organization in clarifying functional requirements and functional design with a specific focus on complex solutions requiring operations research solutions. This role collaborates with client and information technology organizations to lead the definition of functional requirements and functional designs of creative solutions that will support the clients strategy and future business goals. This includes partnership with business stakeholders and close collaboration with Technology Product and Engineering team members

Job Responsibilities :

• Facilitates the work of a squad team on a sprint-by-sprint basis
• Informs the appropriate team members of feature or project status and related issues and impediments and escalates appropriately
