Key Responsibilities :
Perform data analysis and profiling to identify value ranges and propose unification logicCreate and maintain a feature backlog in Jira with detailed specifications based on data analysisCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements , user stories , and acceptance criteriaPartner with Scrum Master and development team to plan and execute Agile sprints , review iterations, and provide feedbackDevelop User Guides , Release Notes , and other support documentationProduce written materials such as product backlog , user stories , and cross-timezone artifacts to ensure efficient coordinationDefine, monitor, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for product performance and availabilityOversee incident resolution and minimize impact on business operationsAnalyze product performance , user engagement , and market trends to guide product decisionsBuild and maintain reports and dashboards for performance insightsConduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategyLeverage customer feedback and support data to identify pain points and opportunitiesBasic Qualifications :
Master's degree with 8–10 years of experience as a Product Owner / Platform Owner / Service Owner ORBachelor's degree with 10–14 years of relevant experience ORDiploma with 14–18 years of relevant experienceMust-Have Functional Skills :
Exceptional data analysis and profiling skillsAdvanced SQL query development experienceProficient in using Excel for data stewardship and curationSkilled in communicating data profiling findings to non-technical usersHands-on experience with Power BI (basic models and reports)Strong knowledge of Agile , Jira , Confluence , and product management practicesFamiliar with ITSM principles and methodologiesExperience with data management / visibility solutions such as data warehouses, MDM, and knowledge managementProven experience mentoring product / business analysts and data profilersGood-to-Have Skills :
