Role Responsibilities :
- Meet unit revenue and productivity targets through agency development
- Recruit, coach, and retain Sales Managers and Agent Advisors
- Drive activity planning, performance reviews, and GOLD system implementation
- Track and manage key productivity metrics (AFYP, persistency, case rates)
Job Requirements :
Graduate (MBA preferred)7–8 years of experience in sales and people management in insuranceStrong knowledge of local market with process-driven sales exposureProven ability to lead and develop high-performing agency teamsSkills Required
