HR Business Partner Tech & Product Vertical
As a strategic HR partner to the Tech & Product teams, this role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business goals to enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce productivity. Key responsibilities include :
- Driving talent management, succession planning, and strategic headcount initiatives
- Leading performance reviews and change management efforts across business units
- Coaching junior managers to build leadership capabilities and resolve employee issues
- Evaluating training programs and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Reviewing and implementing best practices in policies, incentives, and recognition frameworks
- Managing employee engagement in collaboration with internal HR teams
- Overseeing end-to-end talent lifecycle in partnership with recruitment
- Providing day-to-day guidance on performance management, career development, and employee relations
Requirements :
