Job Summary :
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance.
The HRBP provides expert guidance on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development, ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to understand business goals and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives.
- Support business units in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Drive talent development programs, including leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Coach managers and employees on performance management, career development, and employee relations issues.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations matters, mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Promote a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and fostering open communication.
- Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, culture transformation, and employee engagement programs.
- Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation.
- Partner with HR centers of excellence (recruitment, compensation, benefits) to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Participate in the implementation of HR systems and tools to enhance Bachelor's / master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g , SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
