Segment Strategy Partnership
- Partner on Managing & Evolution of ERG Work : Partner to elevate the role of ERGs in improving team member sense of belonging and community, while supporting their strategy and alignment with broader Belonging and Enterprise strategy and goals.
- Bring alignment on interaction model between ERGs and other parts of the Belonging Ecosystem, and create governance in ERG processes & driving outcomes
- Partner with relevant HR and non-HR partners (including but not limited to TA, EB, P&B, Events, CRE etc) to influence systems & practices that drive equitable opportunities & inclusive experiences for historically marginalized / under-represented populations
- Offer DE&I Consultancy on Programs like Udaan, Upcurve, BounceBack
Belonging & CSR Program Management
Translate strategic Belonging & CSR initiatives into appropriate plans, scopes and frameworks to effectively prioritize & operationalize the programs for impactEnsure executional excellence by setting up and maintaining systems to appropriately structure and keep track of progress on projects & programs,. Create institutional knowledge through appropriate repositories & documentationEnsure that the impact of Belonging & CSR work is appropriately communicated through the right channels & to the right audiences (internal & external)Plan & operationalize the key events for Belonging & CSR with resource efficiency (i.e. utilizing relevant org resources including leveraging the right people) across the board to meet timelinesCreate plans as well as reporting, review & governance mechanisms to ensure judicious utilization of Belonging & CSR budget. Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university4–8 years of overall experience, ideally with exposure to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) or a blend of DE&I and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)Broader HR experience is also welcome, provided the candidate has been actively involved in DE&I initiatives or programsWe are looking for someone with good ability to build partnerships & collaborate, good communication, ability to learn, problem-solving, planning & organization and a passion for Belonging / community impact.
