Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Advisor / Area Sales Manager - Real Estate Sales located in Bengaluru. The role involves advising clients on property investments, managing customer relationships, and assisting in property management. The Property Advisor / Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, preparing marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge in Property Management and Investments
• Understanding of Finance related to real estate transactions
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in North Bengaluru
• 1-2 years of Sales experience in any relevant filed is mandatory
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
• 0-1 years experience in real estate sales or a related field is a plus
