Job Evaluation & Grading
- Establish and maintain a job evaluation and grading framework to ensure consistency, transparency, and fairness in role alignment.
- Conduct role reviews and internal audits to maintain alignment between job responsibilities and compensation levels.
Benefits & Employee Well-being
- Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programs, including insurance, wellness, and retirement benefits.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Bring In-depth understanding of benefits administration, including statutory and voluntary benefits.
HR Policy Design & Governance
- Lead the formulation, review, and governance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with local legislation and global HR frameworks.
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and compensation disclosure requirements.
- Act as the custodian of HR policy communication, version control, and audit readiness.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Drive the use of data and analytics to provide insights on pay equity, workforce cost trends, and reward effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management reviews and board submissions.
The Successful Applicant
Skills, Education & Experience
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Over 10-12 years of total HR experience with at least 7-10 years specializing in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Policy.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing global or large-scale compensation frameworks.
- Strong exposure to benchmarking, job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay, Willis Towers Watson).
- Experience in policy design and governance, particularly in complex or matrixed organizations.
- Knowledge of HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of global mobility frameworks, equity programs, and executive compensation.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to partner with CXOs and business heads on compensation decisions.
- Skilled in change management, with a track record of driving compensation and policy transformations.
- Experience managing rewards communication and stakeholder engagement across diverse employee groups.
