Oversee the pension and retirement plans, and serve as the company s representative in interactions with plan Trustees and Brokers.Market Benchmarking : Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices across assigned countries.Compliance & Governance : Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with local labor laws and global policy standards.Recognition Programs : Collaborate with the Global Compensation Team to support global programs and projects.Data Analysis & Reporting : Prepare reports and insights on compensation and benefits trends to inform decision-making.Employee Communication : Maintain and enhance communication platforms to educate employees and managers on Total Rewards offerings.Budget Management : Support financial planning and budgeting for compensation and benefits programs.Job Evaluation : Oversee job classification and evaluation processes to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.Skills Required
