Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage payroll processing activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy for payroll and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand staffing requirements.
- Support HR operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and HR policies.
- Assist in maintaining HR documentation and generating regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements related to payroll and recruitment.
