Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Coordination :
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with candidates and the Sr. HR Manager to ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain applicant tracking and update records regularly.
2. HR Generalist Support :
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and daily HR events.Help in executing HR initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and employee experience.3. Daily Reporting & Target Tracking :
Provide daily updates on recruitment activities and progress towards candidate targets.Maintain dashboards and reports related to hiring and HR metrics.4. Internal Communication & Coordination :
Assist in improving internal communication by acting as a liaison between departments and HR.Help bridge communication gaps to support smooth HR operations.5. Ability to Work Under Pressure :
Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a time-sensitive environment.Maintain professionalism and attention to detail under tight deadlines.Requirements :
Completed master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Eagerness to learn and take initiative.Skills Required
