Key Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Coordination :

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with candidates and the Sr. HR Manager to ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain applicant tracking and update records regularly.

2. HR Generalist Support :

  • Support in organizing employee engagement activities and daily HR events.
  • Help in executing HR initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and employee experience.

    • 3. Daily Reporting & Target Tracking :

  • Provide daily updates on recruitment activities and progress towards candidate targets.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports related to hiring and HR metrics.

    • 4. Internal Communication & Coordination :

  • Assist in improving internal communication by acting as a liaison between departments and HR.
  • Help bridge communication gaps to support smooth HR operations.

    • 5. Ability to Work Under Pressure :

  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Maintain professionalism and attention to detail under tight deadlines.

    • Requirements :

  • Completed master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
