Human Resources (HR) Executive in Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees and foster a positive work environment
• Ensure English proficiency in verbal and written communication within the organization
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews
• Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and improve performance
• Handle office administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, maintaining office supplies, billing vendors, listing on portals, etc.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and increase overall satisfaction within the company
