Description

• Looking for Division Head - HR (Microbanking Channel).
• We are looking for candidates having :
• 1. Minimum 20 years experience in handling HR in Micro finance / banking domain.
• 2. Hands own experience in Talent Acquisition (mass recruitment) and exposure to South and northern parts of India. 3. Exposure in HR operations, employee life cycle management.
• 4. Candidate should ready to relocate to Kerala
• Key Roles would be(but not limited to)
• Manpower Planning and Placements as per requirements of MB Channel
• Employee Onboarding as per the bank policies
• Ensure smooth Employee life cycle management,
• Employee performance Management in the MB channel.
• Managing HR Operations in the MB channel.
• Support Corporate HR / L&D team for ensuring the corporate policies, procedures, trainings are adhered across the channel
• Coordinate with business for ensuring the employees are engaged and joyful so as to improve employee productivity.
• Location : Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Gujarat, West Bengal, Odisha
