As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to join our team with immediate effect .

Position Overview :

The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of our travel and tourism services within the designated region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the travel industry, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing remote work with on-site responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales and operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, suppliers, and corporate clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct training and development programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 9+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a focus on sales and management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools for sales and reporting.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the region.
