What will you drive

Sales Executive (B2B Sales) :   Dealer Relationship Builder : Conduct regular meetings with dealers, understand their needs, provide product updates, and discuss business opportunities to foster strong, lasting relationships.

Sales Cycle Expert :  Manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing deals. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent sales growth and meeting targets.

Issue Resolution Pro :  Proactively manage and resolve dealer issues or escalations, ensuring smooth and satisfactory outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.  Data Analyst :  Track and analyze sales performance and key metrics. Prepare regular reports for management and provide actionable insights to optimize business processes and improve performance.

Target-Oriented :   Stay focused on achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong dealer satisfaction.

Who are we looking for

Sales Expert :   You bring at least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industries like Automotive, Startups, or Service sectors. Proven experience in managing multiple key accounts simultaneously is essential.

Industry Knowledge :   Familiarity with the automobile sector or experience with startups is a plus. Sales & Communication Skills : You excel in communication, negotiation, and building relationships with dealers / clients. Youre able to close deals and handle tough negotiations with ease.

Problem Solver :  Strong at resolving escalations and client issues efficiently. You can manage complex cases and ensure all client requirements are met.

Adaptable and Driven :  You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and consistently delivering results under pressure.

Data-Driven Decision Maker :   You can track and analyze sales performance, using data to recommend actionable improvements.
