Key Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver training sessions tailored to organizational needs.
- Facilitate new hire orientation, leadership development, and skill-building workshops.
- Develop engaging training materials using modern instructional design principles.
- Update and refine content to align with evolving business priorities and trends.
- Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics.
- Implement improvements to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
- Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and align programs with goals.
- Support cross-functional teams in implementing learning initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in talent development and instructional technologies.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences.Ability to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and training tools.Good to Have :
Expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.Experience with eLearning tools and virtual training platforms.Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training practices.Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD).Background in change management or leadership coaching.Familiarity with data-driven approaches to measuring training success.Role Requisites :
Bachelors degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field.3+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or talent development roles.Proven ability to create and deliver effective learning solutions.Strong organizational and project management skills.Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Skills Required
