Manager – Talent Learning (L&D)
Experience : 7+ years in L&D / Talent Management / HR Ops, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
Role Overview
Drive the organization's learning and talent agenda by designing and delivering innovative programs, managing teams and vendors, and leveraging digital tools to build future-ready capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement learning strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end L&D programs : onboarding, functional, leadership, and behavioral.
- Manage offshore teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
- Apply instructional design methodologies and learning technologies (e-learning, blended learning, microlearning).
- Introduce AI-enabled tools and digital platforms to enhance learning experience.
- Monitor effectiveness of programs through data, analytics, and ROI measurement.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive leadership development, talent readiness, and a strong learning culture.
- Administer and optimize enterprise LMS (Workday, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors).
Requirements
Bachelor's / Master's in HR, L&D, or Business Administration.Strong background in instructional design, project management, and stakeholder engagement.Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and drive global learning initiatives.Familiarity with AI-based learning platforms and enterprise HR systems.Show more
