Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with Project managers to allocate suitable resources to client projects based on skillsets, availability, and business priorities.
- Oversee workforce planning to ensure optimal utilisation of employees across multiple projects.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisals, and career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and organisational policies.
- Handle employee relations, conflict management, and grievance resolution.
- Support training and development programs to enhance the technical and soft skills of employees.
- Collaborate with management on compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.Proven experience as HR Manager / Lead in an IT services firm.Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and project-based resourcing.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency in HRMS, ATS, and MS Office tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
