Role Overview :
The Assistant HR Manager at WTF Gyms will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s talent acquisition and HR operations. This role requires a proactive, target-oriented professional who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, lead the HR recruitment team, and ensure timely closures as per monthly TAT and business requirements.
The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, hands-on recruitment experience, and the ability to align HR practices with the company’s growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead, manage, and mentor the recruitment team to ensure all manpower requirements are fulfilled within the defined TAT.
- Handle end-to-end hiring for multiple roles — including Sales, Trainers, Operations, and Corporate functions.
- Independently source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for open positions across verticals.
- Plan and execute monthly hiring targets in coordination with business heads.
- Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline through internal databases, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Monitor daily hiring progress and maintain accurate hiring dashboards and reports.
2. Recruitment Planning & Strategy
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business expansion and seasonal hiring needs.Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower requirements and create hiring calendars.Ensure TAT-based recruitment is achieved consistently each month.Maintain strong industry networks and relationships with placement agencies, institutes, and recruitment partners.3. HR Operations & Team Management
Supervise the recruitment team’s daily performance, allocate hiring tasks, and track progress.Conduct weekly review meetings to ensure target achievement and process compliance.Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement.Ensure smooth coordination between HR, Training, and Operations teams for joining formalities.4. Reporting & Compliance
Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and monthly dashboards.Share weekly / monthly recruitment reports with management.Ensure compliance with all HR policies, processes, and documentation standards.Key Skills & Competencies :
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and team handling.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle high-volume hiring within strict TAT timelines.Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and Excel reporting.Result-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in recruitment or HR management (preferably in fitness, retail, or service industry).Prior experience in leading a recruitment team or managing TAT-based hiring will be preferred.
