Position : Human Resources Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across various departments.
- Administer payroll management and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Oversee HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and personnel records.
- Ensure adherence to all labour laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Develop, implement, and periodically update HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
- Manage performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and disciplinary matters effectively.
- Support leadership in workforce planning and HR strategy development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience, with proven managerial exposure.Prior experience in the Engineering or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.Strong understanding of statutory compliance and HR best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
