Skills and Qualifications
1-6 years of experience in technical support or voice support role.Strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and hardware components.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Skills Required
