- Manage customer implementation and ensure successful CCaaS deployment
- Perform network and IP telephony assessments to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot voice quality issues by analyzing signaling and media streams
- Collaborate with CPaaS vendors, carrier partners, and engineering teams to optimize voice connectivity
