Role-Description
The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of partner advisory teams across multiple countries to our client partners. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that our partners receive exceptional, timely, and effective advice and support, ultimately contributing to their success and growth.
Responsibilities :
- Lead global Partner Advisory operations, targets, KPIs, and client deliverables.
- Drive client and senior leadership business reviews with actionable insights.
- Oversee end-to-end advisory service delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships, understanding business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Conduct business analysis to identify risks and opportunities; recommend strategic improvements.
- Prepare and present advisory reports, business reviews, and impactful presentations.
- Manage advisory projects from planning to execution, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing advisory team to foster innovation and growth.
Qualifications and experience
Min 14+ years of relevant experience working with & managing Global B2B Sales Operations or Partner sales Management / SaaS Technical salesHandling a team of 150+ FTE&apossSolid understanding of cloud technologies and the digital transformation conceptExcellent Sales Pipeline management and negotiation skillsAccount management and profiling experience is a mustAbility to work against revenue and pipeline-related targets, as well as work under pressure and tight deadlinesCustomer / partner first approachShow more
