Work location : Responsibilities :
- Maintain and enhance policies and processes through an opportunity life cycle;
- Establishing best practices, and ensuring adherence to policies.
- Create visibility on non compliances.
- Ensuring sanctity on Order book definition and close processes.
- Documents changes to sales and incentive partnerships :
- Understands the changing business needs and proactively manages the need of the segment leaders.
- Support the business organizations in providing timely visibility of pipeline.
- Provide analytical support on risks to order booking.
- Provide support on accurate deal enablement :
- Educate the GTM team, periodically on sales process, changes to policies.
- Assists sales team in eliminating bottlenecks and remove - Ownership of data structure and design in the CRM.
- Overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the CRM systems.
- Understand the data structures of the CRM and its impact on upstream and downstream applications.
- Ensure that design is applied consistently across the Incentives :
- Design support on global GTM incentive policies.
- Computation and communication with the GTM team.
- Productivity / benchmarking of incentives.
- Financial closure support - Monthly reporting on pipeline performance, including orders won.
- Provide lead and lag indicator metrics to meet order book value targets lead gen - Be a mentor and leader to a highly motivated team of 8.
- Ability to work cross functionally with the segment, HR and finance teams.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate effective communication across Skills :
- Prior experience of CRM applications.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Google Data Studio).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to explain complex data insights to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of sales operations domain.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and project / team coordination.
- Experience with BI tools and reporting & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proven experience in business intelligence and analytics role.
- Strong mathematical and statistical foundation.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, to Have :
- Experience with scripting languages for report automation.
- Knowledge of database management systems.
- Understanding of ERP and Competencies :
