Job Description :
We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Assistant Manager / Manager with expertise in Digital Marketing Services.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and ensuring seamless client onboarding.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Digital Marketing Solutions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client in Bidding :
- Manage and participate in online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) and portals for Digital Marketing projects.
- Identify high-potential opportunities and draft winning proposals.
Lead Generation :
Develop strategies to generate qualified leads through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, networking, and partnerships.Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.Client Negotiation :
Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements and pain points.Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and scope of work to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.Proposal Creation :
Prepare customized, well-structured, and persuasive proposals and presentations.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with client needs and company capabilities.Closing the Deals :
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.Achieve or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.Client Onboarding & Project Handover :
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients by capturing all key details and expectations.Coordinate with the execution / delivery team to hand over projects with complete clarity.Act as the bridge between the client and internal teams during the transition phase.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience 6 years in Business Development / sales within the Digital Marketing industry.Strong understanding of services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Web Development.Hands-on experience with bidding portals and lead generation strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.Number of qualified leads generated monthly.Proposal-to-deal closure ratio.Revenue targets achieved.Client satisfaction at onboarding stage.Timely and accurate handover to the execution team.(ref : iimjobs.com)
