Key Responsibilities :

• Performance Marketing Oversight : Work closely with the performance marketing team to align brand campaigns with growth objectives, ensuring measurable impact.
• Manage paid campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and track key metrics like leads, conversions, CAC, and ROAS.
• End-to-End Campaign Execution : Oversee product launches, pricing strategies, and market positioning to maximize brand penetration.
• Social Media Leadership : Drive organic and paid social media strategies to build brand presence, engagement, and community growth.
• AI-Driven Marketing : Leverage AI-powered analytics, personalization, and automation tools for optimized customer targeting and campaign effectiveness.
• Data & Market Insights : Utilize AI-driven analytics and market research to monitor performance, consumer trends, and competitive positioning.
• Brand Strategy & Positioning : Develop and execute brand strategies that enhance awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple digital platforms.
• Guide and mentor the team to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with e-commerce, design, and operations teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel brand experience.
