We’re looking for a Junior Application Support Engineer who is eager to grow, learn, and be part of something extraordinary. You’ll get the chance to work alongside our architects, senior engineers, and product leaders—building your skills while helping us revolutionize the pet care industry with cutting-edge tech and AI-driven innovation.

What You’ll Do

Be the first line of technical support for our US-based customers, helping them succeed with our SaaS platform.

Troubleshoot product issues and work closely with senior engineers to resolve them.

Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to improve product stability and performance.

Create and update internal knowledge base articles and support documentation.

Get hands-on with real-world products, learning not just support but how SaaS platforms are built, scaled, and maintained.

Contribute ideas around AI, automation, and innovation as we continue to grow our platform.

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in application support or working with live SaaS / web products (no freshers).

Hands-on experience with Java and Angular (must-have; especially if you’ve worked on real products).

Highly proficient in MySQL (must-have).

Exposure to AWS or Linux (certifications a plus, but not mandatory).

Experience with ticketing, monitoring, and logging tools (mention what you’ve used!).

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a collaborative mindset.

Analytical problem-solving ability and curiosity to learn new tools and technologies.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including complete night shifts (US hours), and a 6-day working setup (with weekends / holidays included when needed).
