About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Application Support Engineer (L2 Support) to join our team. This is a critical role that demands strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role involves handling technical tickets, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining smooth application performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Support : Handle and resolve tickets at a technical and transaction level.
- SQL Expertise : Use strong SQL knowledge to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaboration : Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for smooth coordination.
- Shift Flexibility : Work in rotational shifts, including a 6-day work week, to ensure 24 / 7 support coverage.
- SLA Management : Respond to and resolve issues escalated from L1 support within agreed SLAs.
Requirements :
Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in L2 support or a related technical support role.Domain Knowledge : Prior experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) or healthcare applications is a strong plus.Technical Skills : Proficiency in SQL and troubleshooting application-level issues.Soft Skills : Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Availability : Flexibility to work rotational shifts and 6 days a week.Why Join Us :
