Job Summary
The purpose of the role is to
- Meet the business objectives initiated by the respective country Retail Assets Business
- Customer focused need-based selling
- Deepen customer relationship and sell credit cards and maximize penetration from Internal channels only

Conduct CDD, MLP & TCF diligentlyZero tolerance - Fraud, Mis-sellingAttend training, acquire knowledge and apply to job functionAdhere to all policies, guidelines and procedures, comply with local regulatory requirementsTo comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line managerMust be a graduate. MBA's would be an advantageCandidates having Sales experience of at-least 1 year in the Retail Banking Industry; especially Credit Card experience will be preferredCandidate having AMFI, IRDA (and other relevant certification) certification will be preferredGood knowledge of the selected market and customer segments would be an advantageStrong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomesStrong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spiritQualifications
